Brandt & Levie

An Amsterdam sausage maker run by three chefs, using meat from well-kept pigs. They make dry and fresh sausages, soups and pasta sauces. For our boxes, Brandt & Levie supplies garlic sausage, pea soup with smoked sausage and a fennel sausage pasta sauce.

Chocolatemakers

Organic bean-to-bar chocolate from Amsterdam, with part of the cocoa arriving by sailing ship. For our boxes, Chocolatemakers supplies bars, Zeiltjes, Snackables and a chocolate Christmas tree.

El Jefe Primo Salsa

Mexican-style salsas and hot sauces, made in Amsterdam. For our boxes, El Jefe supplies salsa picante, Salsa Glühwein and tortilla chips.

Koeckebackers

An Amsterdam bakery offering paid work to people who are distanced from the labour market, with language lessons and personal development. For our boxes, Koeckebackers bakes salted caramel biscuits and large cookies.

An Amsterdam deli where Simone van Thull pickles and ferments seasonal vegetables. For our boxes, Thull's supplies chilli jam and beetroot pickles.

Collects, presses and sells unusual plant oils, largely from Dutch seeds, with a shop at De Ceuvel in Amsterdam-Noord. For our boxes, De Olie Bibliotheek supplies oil.
